Sep 05, 2017 · Today, found out I have the same issue, no iPlayer or red button functions, all BBC apps, not running, very disappointed for a TV that is less than two yrs old (55CX802), pity As I liked having the direct newt work feed to the TV, oh well looks like a trip to Apple for a ATV4K We have been awaiting some information regarding an upgrade that has been done. BBC Iplayer not working on 06-02-2020 17:52 BBC Iplayer keeps crashing have now contacted virgin media team four times- still not working- have requested home visit by engineer- ??? if this will solve the problem- have been a loyal customer with virgin media for over ten years, not that seems to count for anything these days.
