Over the past month or so, we have used 2 different modems and 3 different routers, and nothing has fixed service dropping. I have a brand-new NETGEAR AC1600 (16x4) WiFi Cable Modem Router (C6250). I have searched in the NETGEAR "genie" interface for something, anything I could change, but I can't figure out what to try.
