Feb 10, 2018 · The RoboForm extension has been working fine until I installed 17093. When I click on the icon, it now just gives me a blank dropdown. So, I uninstalled it, thinking reinstalling it might work, but when I went to the Windows store to get it, the store says it's already installed.

Aug 03, 2017 · The original question was why didn't the fingerprint reader work from within the newly released RoboForm Edge browser extension? RoboForm's response was that it wasn't there yet, but might be addressed in future upgrades. Until that happens, the fingerprint reader cannot be used to sign-on to RoboForm in Edge with the installed extension.

I have roboform everywhere that you pay for. And even then it has been 5 years of paying for Roboform everywhere and of trying to get it to do what it advertises it does—sync pc and ipads--I finally succeeded. Now they don’t even offer live help by phone any more.
