Jul 23, 2020 · This is the worst customer service ever. I even requested a supervisor that is actually when they hung up on me. Dells new motto "hey you'll get your computer when you get it good luck:" I'm calling my corporate office and telling them to stop ordering from Dell and everyone I know.

Ordered a computer from dell a month ago. Left speaker was broken right out of the box. Spent 1.5Hr on the phone with tech support trying to fix it. Determined it needed to go to the repair center. Waited 10 days total turn around time. Get the computer back only to find out the left USB port is now not working.
